2. 3. Health monitoring measures 14 days (the starting time is the same as above) were carried out for those who came to Shaanxi and returned to Shaanxi in the districts and cities where the middle and high risk areas are located (excluding the middle and high risk areas and their counties), and 1 nucleic acid detection was carried out as soon as they arrived in Shaanxi, with no aggregation and small flow. 4. All counties (cities, districts and banners) that have reported 1 case and above in China and have confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections in COVID-19 are regarded as medium-high risk areas in our province, and are managed according to the population classification of the counties (cities, districts and banners) where the medium-high risk areas are located.
5. All personnel who come to Shaanxi and return to Shaanxi shall provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours.
