Nursing procedure is a theoretical and practical model to guide nurses to meet the physical and mental needs of nursing objects, restore or improve their health, scientifically confirm the health problems of nursing objects, and implement planned, continuous and comprehensive holistic nursing by using systematic methods.
System theory is the basic theoretical basis of nursing and the theoretical framework of nursing procedure. Nursing procedure is based on an open system. Through continuous input, conversion, output, feedback and evaluation, customers can finally restore or improve their health.
In nursing procedure, there are four basic concepts: people, environment, health and nursing, and nursing procedure is based on these four basic concepts. Nursing procedure can usually be divided into five steps, namely evaluation, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Evaluation method:
1. Systematic observation: that is, using the senses such as vision, hearing, smell, taste and touch to obtain the information of patients. Observation is the basic method of scientific work, and the first meeting between nurses and patients is the beginning of observation.
2. Conversation: Conversation can be divided into formal conversation and informal conversation.
3. Nursing physical examination: On the basis of mastering physical examination skills such as looking, touching, knocking, listening and smelling, these physical examination skills are used to collect physiological data related to nursing, and the physical examination related to pathophysiological diagnosis should be completed by doctors.
4. Access to records: including the patient's medical records, various nursing records and related documents.
