Volunteers enjoy work and living allowances guaranteed by central and local financial subsidies. Among them, the central government grants subsidies according to the standard of 30 thousand yuan per person per year.
Social insurance: Yunnan Service County Project Office concentrates on purchasing social insurance for on-the-job volunteers, and undertakes the part paid by volunteer social insurance units. (Individual contributions are withheld and remitted from volunteers' work and living allowances)
Commercial insurance: Yunnan Project Office buys commercial insurance for all volunteers who participate in volunteer service in our province, mainly including critical illness insurance and accidental injury insurance; The premium standard per person per year is 350 yuan.
Medical examination expenses: the medical examination expenses of newly recruited volunteers are 260 yuan/person, which shall be borne by the recruiting provinces.
Allowance for hard and remote areas: Volunteers who serve in hard and remote areas of our province enjoy the allowance for hard and remote areas in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance.
