In order to effectively protect the life safety and health of the majority of candidates and examination staff, and ensure the smooth written examination of civil servants in the 2022 annual examination in Heilongjiang Province, the requirements and measures for the prevention and control of the epidemic situation of candidates are hereby notified as follows, so please know, understand and implement them.
1. Candidates should carefully read the personal health status of candidates, and printing the admission ticket is regarded as approval and signature.
Second, candidates must do personal protection during the preparation period, try to stay at the place of residence 14 days before the exam, and conduct self-health observation to avoid going to crowded areas and avoiding contact with unrelated people. Wash your hands frequently, wear masks in public places and keep a safe social distance. Candidates should apply for "Longjiang Health Code" and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" before the exam, which will be checked by the staff when entering the test center.
3. Candidates are required to take the test within 48 hours before the first test (subject to the time of sample collection, the same below) with the negative certificate (paper version or electronic version) of COVID-19 nucleic acid detection issued by a legally qualified testing institution.
4. Please ask candidates to arrive at the test center 60 minutes before the test, consciously abide by the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention in the test center, and obey the staff management. Candidates are required to pass Longjiang health code, communication big data travel card, negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours, and measure their body temperature before entering the test center. Upon verification, the "Longjiang Health Code" and the "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" show green codes (updated on the same day), the nucleic acid report is negative, the body temperature is < 37.3℃, and there is no abnormality, so they can enter the school to take the exam.
Five, on the day of the exam, the examinee's body temperature is greater than or equal to 37.3℃, and the "Longjiang health code" is a yellow code. On-site health and epidemic prevention professionals will comprehensively judge whether they have the conditions for normal examinations. If conditions permit, take the exam in the spare isolation examination room.
Six, candidates in any of the following circumstances, shall not take the exam:
1. On the day of the exam, "Longjiang Health Code" was displayed in red team.
2. Longjiang Health Code, Communication Big Data Travel Card and negative report of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before the first exam cannot be provided.
3. Within 10 days before the test, there are people who have lived in high-risk areas related to the epidemic in China.
4. Confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and their close contacts in COVID-19, asymptomatic infected persons who have been cured and discharged during follow-up and medical observation, and persons who have been released from centralized isolation medical observation after entry.
5. Other circumstances that do not meet the normal examination or do not meet the arrangement to take the examination in the isolated examination room.
7. On the day of the exam, try to be "two points and one line" between the residence and the test center. During the examination, candidates should always wear masks (masks must be removed when verifying their identity) and pay attention to keeping a safe distance.
Eight, it is recommended that candidates know the epidemic prevention and control policies of the test sites in advance, arrange the itinerary reasonably, and consciously abide by the relevant requirements of epidemic prevention. Candidates who deliberately conceal their illness, forge information materials, or truthfully report their history of fever, residence and contact, and refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work, will bear the consequences.
