Shi has measured the penis size of two healthy young men in China 14 12 and the penis erection length of 26 healthy men. The results show that the maximum length in normal state is 14.5 cm. The shortest is 4 cm and the average is 8.375 cm. Maximum circumference 12 cm, minimum 4.5 cm, average 8.3 cm. The longest 16 cm and the shortest 12 cm during erection.
