People always talk about quality, which shows that quality is very important for a person. So, what is quality? How to understand it? I look up relevant information and interpret the meaning of quality from a professional perspective, which is quite different from what we think in our lives. In the summary of three types of eight qualities (three types of qualities refer to natural quality, psychological quality and social quality). Quality refers to political quality, ideological quality, moral quality, professional quality, aesthetic quality, technical quality, physical quality and psychological quality. I think most of the qualities that people say are moral qualities.
I have many feelings about moral quality. The following things happen when I go home or travel, and they all belong to the category of moral quality.
First, I found a 3G mobile phone on the bus. My sister Liu Qu Park and I play with my little nephew. We sat in the back seat and someone got off halfway. There is an empty seat in front. After a while, I saw a mobile phone lying quietly in the front seat. I picked it up and gave it directly to the conductor, hoping that she would give it to him when someone called. The whole car looked at me. I see admiration in some people's eyes, incomprehension in some people's eyes, and incredible in some people's eyes. To put it bluntly is stupid.
Why don't I just take the phone and let the owner find me? That's because I'm not used to accepting others' thanks; Why didn't I take my mobile phone for myself? That's because I never take anything that doesn't belong to me. Why should I give the phone to the conductor? That's because I gave an inspiration to the conductor and driver of every passenger sitting here.
Also on the bus, I lost my mobile phone and wallet, but I can't take other people's things for myself, because I have had such an experience. Now, people are lazy. Few people write down their phone numbers in spare notebooks. Some people have important information in their mobile phones. Those who don't have digital cameras keep all their photos in their mobile phones. For individuals, these are very important, and they will be anxious after losing them. I have experienced this kind of mood, so I can understand it.
On this matter, I made a survey on many relatives and friends. Without exception, they all said I was stupid because everyone thought that the conductor would not give the phone to the owner. It's not that everyone's consciousness is not high, but that everyone has lived in such a distrustful environment for too long and is numb. I'm just telling you that I believe the conductor will give the phone to the owner, because when I got off the bus, I specifically asked him to call a friend with the owner's phone and ask him to answer it. The conductor should abide by her professional ethics, otherwise she will be condemned by her conscience.
Not that I want to flaunt how noble I am, but that everyone's life is not easy. Think of others more. Think about more than 2,000 mobile phones, and there are many losses. Don't think about things that don't belong to you at any time. This is the most basic principle of being a man. Second, grandma's tombstone was innocently destroyed. In 2008, grandma's cemetery was requisitioned by the government, so the government subsidized the relocation of the grave. Our family made a high-quality tombstone for grandma. When I went back this time, my mother told me that grandma's tombstone was destroyed and turned into three pieces. I was very shocked and angry. I thought, is there anyone alive who can't pass the dead? I think tombstones are made of granite or marble. What can I do to destroy it? Although I have never met my grandmother and have no real feelings, after all, my grandmother is the forerunner of our blood continuation.
I decided to go to the field. I went to see my aunt before I went. My aunt almost died of a heart attack last year. Fortunately, the rescue was timely, and now it has almost recovered. Talking to my aunt about this matter, my aunt said that the tombstone near them was also destroyed. After sorting out everyone's stories, they all think that the shepherd's children hit it. However, I can't find any reason or motive for them to smash the tombstone. Besides, what tools will such a hard tombstone be destroyed with? This is also a problem. There are no enemies in our family, and no one will deliberately slander them. Tombstones are better than others, even if others smash them. The living should not disturb the dead.
My sister and I bought paper money, took my little nephew to visit my grandmother, and looked at the rumored tombstone being destroyed. The cemetery is on the hill. We took a taxi to the foot of the mountain, then walked up the mountain, and finally arrived at the cemetery smoothly. Among many tombstones, grandma's broken three tombstones are particularly dazzling. It was particularly uncomfortable at that time, and I thought, why don't the living people let go of a dead person and have to destroy a good tombstone like this? I don't think one or two people will destroy this tombstone, nor will they be completely ignorant children. They have no strength to do it. Besides, children are afraid of death, to say the least, they are not afraid of death and will not destroy other people's tombstones innocently. What about adults? Is there any reason to destroy it? Everyone has to take this step in the end, aren't they afraid of retribution? I made a lot of assumptions, but I can't think of anyone who would do such a wicked thing.
Ignorance and ignorance breed monument destroyers with low moral quality, or unprovoked hatred breeds monument destroyers with moral corruption. I can't excuse those who destroyed the monument, and I can't find anyone who really knows the truth. Legally speaking, this is a crime. However, no one wants to ask for trouble for this matter. More than one thing is better than less, and it is better to live in peace. It is also the helplessness and numbness of the collective. When an environment lacks moral sense, it is a terrible thing to want to be.
Third, smoking is prohibited in public places, but some smokers can't help it. On the train to Chengdu in April, someone smoked in the sleeping car. Once a middle-aged man lit a cigarette in a small seat by the window and began to smoke. I told him at once that smoking was not allowed here. He said he was embarrassed and went to the smoking section. When I came back, a man opposite my lower berth lived in the middle berth, and the two of them sat in the lower berth to play. After a while, the man took out a cigarette and lit it. I'll stop at once: sorry, smoking is not allowed here. I was surprised to see the expression of this man and a woman. The expression tells me that they have never seen such a person and are a little nosy. However, the man immediately put out his cigarette and didn't light it again. Later, he wanted to smoke and went to the smoking section.
Is it because I took the green leather car sleeper? I have never encountered this phenomenon on the train from south to north. Is it because the passengers used to take expensive sleepers and their quality was relatively high, or is it an accident this time? Because sometimes, moral quality and education level and body can't be equated.
I have always hated smoking in public places. Some smokers knowingly let some women and children and non-smoking men become victims of second-hand smoke. This is a typical low moral quality of the public, regardless of other people's feelings, endangering the health of others.
What is quality? To put it bluntly, it is a person's personal behavior in public, work and life. For what we usually call quality, I think this summary is relatively easy to understand. Why do people condemn some immoral behaviors and actions? It is because these behaviors occur in public places and violate the established public morality. For example, stealing property, self-destruction, stealing money, spitting, urinating, smoking in non-smoking areas, indecent behavior and manners in public places, making loud noises in restaurants and so on.
In our daily work and life, some big and small things that test people's moral quality happen in different corners every day. Some people will be numb, some people will disagree, some people will cross the moral level and become people with low moral quality, and some people will save some people who are about to slip into the moral level. In any case, as a member of society, we should play our role well, be a conscientious person and know how to maintain our social image.
Improving moral quality is to maintain an individual's image in society. Remember, in public, don't make bad actions and behaviors that damage your personal image, because your actions represent yourself, your cultivation, education and quality.
How can we improve a person's moral quality?
A: Literacy is actually a person's quality, and it can certainly be improved. The improvement of quality needs two processes, one is education (including intellectual education and moral education), and the other is self-reflection. The former is an external cause and the latter is an internal cause. This can also be seen from real life. For example, many people have the same academic qualifications, but some people have higher quality. Why? It is because some people will introspect from time to time and improve their moral quality in the process of introspection. If the education level is not high, the overall quality may be worse, but the moral quality will not deteriorate. There are also people whose environment has a great influence on people's quality. Living in a place with high population quality has a greater chance of high quality.
