If the employing unit designs and installs intangible protective facilities in the workplace with occupational hazards by itself or entrusts relevant units, the protective facilities shall be tested, evaluated and appraised by the occupational health technical service institutions with corresponding qualifications before they can be put into use. Protective facilities that have not been inspected or do not meet the national hygiene standards and hygiene requirements shall not be used.

5, occupational health management institutions set up protective facilities management organization, equipped with full-time (part-time) protective facilities administrator;

6, enterprise occupational health management institutions should establish technical archives of protective facilities management:

7. 8. Occupational health management institutions shall train workers in the operating procedures, performance and use requirements of protective facilities, and guide them to correctly use occupational disease protection facilities.

9. Employees shall not dismantle or stop using protective facilities without authorization. If it needs to be removed due to maintenance, temporary protective measures shall be taken, and the occupational health management institution shall issue protective articles to the workers and restore them to their original state in time after maintenance. If it is necessary to remove the protective facilities after the process transformation eliminates the occupational hazard factors, it shall be confirmed by the local regulatory authorities at the same level and recorded in the occupational prevention and control files.

10. If an enterprise has occupational hazards, it shall provide workers exposed to occupational hazards with protective articles that meet the national standards and health requirements.
