Benefits of water Water is good for skin health. People of different ages and sexes have different water contents, but they account for at least half of their body weight. Drinking a glass of water after getting up in the morning can clean the gastrointestinal tract and benefit the kidneys; Drink plenty of water after meals and before going to bed, so as not to cause gastric juice dilution, polyuria at night, eyelid edema and bags under the eyes.
