According to Article 11 of Chapter II and Article 32 of Chapter V of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, specific measures for disease prevention and management are formulated.
Generally speaking, it is divided into provinces, autonomous regions or municipalities directly under the central government, so the health certificate issued by the municipal and county health administrative departments is no problem in the province, but it may be biased because of the different implementation of local laws and regulations in different provinces.
