2. After entering, find the following epidemic prevention and health code, and click enter, as shown in the figure below.
3. After entering, click to view the epidemic prevention health code below, as shown in the figure below.
4. After opening, find Health Code Management and click Enter, as shown in the figure below.
5. Click Add, and in the pop-up box, click Report New Member.
6. Enter the details of your family truthfully after entering.
7. After the input is completed, check the check box, and then click Submit Application Successfully.
