Nearly 654.38 billion people in the world are affected by mental health problems. What is the reason?

On a global scale, mental health is a health problem that is often neglected. Nearly 654.38 billion people in the world are affected by mental health problems to varying degrees, perhaps far more than that, but only a few people can enjoy high-quality consultation and treatment.

Nowadays, the social pressure is too great, especially the post-80 s and post-90 s generation, facing the era of educational reform, soaring housing prices and cross-flow of materials. If you don't buy a car, loan or buy a house, you don't even have a say in society. But if you buy these things, you will be at a loss. In this materialistic society, you can see a lot of things you want, but your salary can't provide the life you want at all, and resources are limited. Everyone is fighting for the top. The spirit has been suppressed for a long time, there is no window for emotional venting, and I feel that I am often on the verge of mental breakdown. Because of long-term depression, negative emotional energy is not removed in time, which will affect daily emotions, personality, speech and other behaviors. Then it will attract more other negative energy, which will gradually increase and remain unresolved, leading to self-fear, excessive self-concern, self-suggestion and self-confrontation. With the continuous growth of negative energy, it will affect all aspects of daily life.

Especially in low-and middle-income countries, mental illness, nerve and drug abuse are more serious. The World Health Organization has called for a massive increase in investment in mental health. Mental problems are so serious that they are imminent. Although psychological counseling can alleviate the problem, I personally feel that it is not comprehensive enough and it is difficult to solve the problem from the root. Therefore, we not only need to increase investment in mental health, but also need to make efforts in cultural education. Here, I also hope that more and more people will pay enough attention to mental health problems and make our society more harmonious and beautiful.
