Second, the purchase of houses by migrants in Hangzhou refers to the purchase of houses (including commercial houses and second-hand houses, hereinafter referred to as "houses") by non-registered residents in Hangzhou, reaching a certain purchase value and time limit, and complying with relevant regulations. Five, with the following information, confirm the purchase of housing buyers:
