Article 10 Operators of public places shall organize employees to have an annual health check-up, and employees shall not take up their posts until they have obtained valid health certificates. Persons suffering from digestive tract infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis A and viral hepatitis E, as well as persons suffering from active pulmonary tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases, shall not engage in the work of directly serving customers before being cured. Article 38 Where a public place operator arranges employees who have not obtained valid health certificates to directly serve customers, the health and family planning administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall order them to make corrections within a time limit, give them a warning and impose a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan in 500 yuan; If no correction is made within the time limit, a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan but not more than 15,000 yuan shall be imposed.
