1, pay attention to the family medicine cabinet
1. equipment principle: the contents of the family medicine box should be determined according to the health status of the family population and family members. When purchasing drugs, we should be targeted, generally focusing on drugs for treating common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases and chronic diseases, and the varieties should be few and refined. To label, the name, specification, use, usage, dosage and precautions of the drug should be clearly written on the label. Children's medication and dosage should also be clearly written. Internal medicine and external medicine should be stored separately, and there should be obvious signs indicating whether they are used externally or orally to avoid using the wrong medicine.
2. Pay attention to storage: spare drugs at home should be stored in a dry, ventilated and dark place. Because drugs are greatly influenced by air, sunlight, humidity and temperature, they are easy to deteriorate and fail, especially in poorly sealed bottles and medicine bags. In addition, if there are children at home, be careful not to let the children get the stored drugs to avoid taking them by mistake.
3. Regularly check the quality of drugs: the drugs stored in the family medicine box should be regularly checked for deterioration, and the expiration date of the drugs should be indicated.
2. Save the situation
1, three kinds of drugs can be put in the refrigerator.
Injections and some capsules, such as insulin, as well as live bacteria preparations such as lactase, Mamiai and Livzon Changle, usually need to be stored in the refrigerator to avoid high temperature and sunlight. However, the requirements for insulin preservation after unsealing are relatively low, and the room temperature cannot exceed 25℃.
Suppositories, such as drugs used for embolization of female private parts, will soften due to high temperature and are inconvenient to use. You can put it in the refrigerator in summer, or put it in the refrigerator before use, and then take it out after the medicine hardens.
Topical drugs such as eye drops, nose drops, ear drops and lotion should be kept in the refrigerator in summer to prevent the liquid from deteriorating.
2, three kinds of drugs should not be put in the refrigerator.
Before the arrival of syrup summer, cold and cough have not passed the "high incidence period", and cough syrup and cold syrup are still necessities for many people at home. Here I want to remind everyone that even if the syrup is not used up, don't put it in the refrigerator, just put it in the shade indoors. Because the temperature is too low, the sugar in syrup is easy to precipitate and crystallize, which leads to the change of drug concentration.
Powder Many children's medicines use powder. Fine powder is easy to get wet, so it is often sealed and packaged with moisture-proof wax paper. The powder can only be stored for 3-5 days at most after being opened, but it will accelerate deterioration after being put in the refrigerator to absorb water.
The storage temperature of cream is too low, which may make this kind of preparation "water-oil separation" and affect the uniformity and efficacy, so it is generally stored at room temperature.
In addition, although the environment of 2℃-8℃ has little effect on tablets and capsules, these drugs are generally afraid of humidity. Therefore, tablets and capsules in bulk are usually packed with desiccant. Don't throw it away after opening the package. After taking the medicine, put the desiccant back into the original packaging bottle. Bulk tablets or capsules should be placed in dark glass bottles or plastic bottles, preferably with desiccant inside, and different drugs should be placed separately so as not to affect the curative effect.
