Experience, feeling and reflection of physical and mental conditions in the field of health?

The Guide describes children's learning and development from five fields: health, language, society, science and art, and each field is divided into several aspects according to the most basic and important content of children's learning and development. The Guide puts forward reasonable expectations on what children at the end of 3-4 years old, 4-5 years old and 5-6 years old should know, what they can do and what level of development they can achieve.

Some time ago, our garden conducted an in-depth study on the health field of the Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6. I benefited a lot from this study. It's like a compass, which helps me find my way in the gloom.

The field of health is divided into three parts: physical and mental condition, sports development, living habits and living ability. Each part has set goals, and in each goal, the reference standards of children of different ages are formulated in detail. This detailed reference standard points out the direction for us to effectively promote the healthy development of children's body and mind. From the guide, we can also see that

Early childhood education is very important, and kindergartens must put protecting children's lives and promoting children's health at the top of their work. To establish a correct view of health, we must attach great importance to children's mental health. Respect and meet children's growing independent needs and encourage children to take care of themselves. Our teachers and parents should provide children with reasonable and balanced nutrition, ensure adequate sleep and proper exercise to meet the needs of children's growth and development; Create a warm interpersonal environment, so that children can fully feel affection and care, and form a positive and stable mood; Help children develop good habits of living and hygiene, improve their self-protection ability, and form a life-long beneficial ability and civilized lifestyle.

What impressed me the most was the educational suggestions in the Guide, such as "Allow children to express their emotions and give appropriate guidance; Treat children with an appreciative attitude, pay attention to discovering their advantages, accept their individual differences, and not simply make horizontal comparisons with their peers. Each of these educational suggestions is very detailed and effective, paying attention to all aspects of details and points for attention, but these suggestions are not redundant at all, and they are not chaotic at all. Each one is really feasible and very operable in work.

In the future teaching, I will make good use of the Guide with correct attitude and behavior, care for children, observe children, understand children, respect children, follow the growth law and age characteristics of children, respect the individual differences of children's development, create relaxed and suitable conditions and environment for children's growth, guide them according to the situation, and teach them in accordance with their aptitude.
