1. Log in to mobile banking and click "My" → "My Points". The exclusive points can be exchanged for the following services, but they are not necessarily the only points that can be used, and other points may also be used. The redemption page displays the points icon that can support redemption.
(1) All categories → business travel, local characteristics, health care, charity and love.
(2) Exclusive service area: exclusive service with local characteristics.
2. Log in to mobile banking and click My → My Rights → Privileged Rights → Universal Rights in the upper right corner. All services can be redeemed with privileged points.
