Three indicators to measure health

One is life expectancy per capita. Average life expectancy is a yardstick to measure the national health level and happiness index, and it is also a mirror to observe people's livelihood. 10 years, with the rapid development of economy and society, people's living standards have been continuously improved, and the medical and health security system has been gradually improved. The average life expectancy of the population in China has continuously increased, from 7 1.4 years in 2000 to 74.8 years in 20 10. The overall health level of the people has been greatly improved, and the life happiness index is increasing day by day.

The second is the infant mortality rate. The increase in the average life expectancy of the population is the comprehensive result of the decline in mortality at all ages, in which the decline in infant mortality plays a vital role. According to the data of the Ministry of Health, from 2002 to 20 1 1 year, the infant mortality rate in China decreased from 29.2‰ to 12. 1‰, and the mortality rate of children under 5 years old decreased from 34.9‰ to 15.6‰, which made the United Nations Millennium Development Goals come true.

The third is the maternal mortality rate. Like infant mortality, maternal mortality is also a "thermometer" of a country's health level. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Health, from 2000 to 20 1 1 year, the maternal mortality rate in China dropped from 53/ 1 to 26 1.
