Article 1 The name of this organization is Chinese Social Society.
English name: China Sociological Association abbreviation: CSA.
Article 2 This organization is a national, academic and non-profit social organization voluntarily composed of workers engaged in sociology teaching and research, practitioners and relevant units.
Article 3 The purpose of this group is: under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, guided by Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, adhere to the people-oriented Scientific Outlook on Development, implement the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend", closely link with the reality of China, actively carry out sociology teaching and research, develop sociology academic undertakings, abide by the Constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, observe social morality and fashion, and build a prosperous, strong, democratic and civilized society.
Article 4 This organization accepts the professional guidance, supervision and management of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the registration authority of the Association, and China Academy of Social Sciences, the competent business unit. The secretariat of this group is located in the Institute of Sociology, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
Article 5 The domicile of this group is located at No.5 Jianguomen Inner Street, Beijing.
Chapter II Scope of Business
Article 6 The business scope of the Group: organizing and coordinating the division of labor and cooperation among members, and carrying out various forms of academic activities; Second, promote and assist all regions and departments to carry out social investigation and research, and promote the development of sociology; Third, popularize sociological knowledge and improve the teaching and research level of sociology in China; Four, the publication of sociology books and periodicals, exchange of academic information and materials; Fifth, develop the team of sociology; 6. Organize and participate in academic seminars or other forms of academic exchange activities at home and abroad on behalf of sociologists in China.
Chapter III Members
Seventh members of this group include individual members and unit members.
Article 8 A member who applies to join this group must meet the following conditions: support the articles of association of this group; Second, there is a willingness to join this association; Third, it has a certain influence in the academic field of sociology; Four, all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, social organizations and units engaged in sociology teaching and research, voluntary application and payment of membership fees, after approval can become members of this association; Five, who is engaged in sociology teaching and research, and reached a certain level, recognize the articles of association, voluntary application, pay membership fees, recommended by a director or two members of the association, approved, can become individual members of the association.
Article 9 Membership procedures. Submit membership application; Two, discussed and approved by the Council or the Standing Council; Three. The membership card shall be issued by the board of directors or an institution authorized by the board of directors.
Article 10 Members shall enjoy the following rights: the right to vote, the right to be elected and the right to vote; Second, participate in the activities of this group; Third, get the priority of this group service; 4. Have the right to criticize, suggest and supervise the work of this group; 5. Voluntary membership and free withdrawal.
Article 11 Members shall perform the following obligations: First, implement the resolutions of this group; Second, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of this group; Third, complete the work assigned by this group; 4. Pay membership dues according to regulations; V. Report the situation to the Group and provide relevant information;
Article 12 When a member withdraws from the meeting, he shall notify the group in writing and return his membership card. If a member fails to pay the membership fee or participate in the group activities within 1 year, it will be deemed as automatic withdrawal.
Article 13 A member who seriously violates the Articles of Association shall be removed by voting of the Council or the Standing Council.
Chapter IV Establishment and Cancellation of Institutions and Responsible Persons
Article 14 The highest authority of this group is the member congress, and the functions and powers of the member congress are: 1. To formulate and amend the Articles of Association; 2. Election and removal of directors; 3. To consider the work report and financial report of the Council; Fourth, formulate and revise the membership fee standard; Decide on termination. Decide on other major matters.
Fifteenth members' congress can only be held when more than two thirds of the members' representatives are present, and its resolutions can only take effect when more than half of the members' representatives present vote.
Article 16 Members' congresses are held every three years. Due to special circumstances, it is necessary to advance or postpone the general election, which shall be voted by the board of directors, reported to the competent business unit for review, and approved by the association registration authority. However, the longest extension shall not exceed 1 year.
Article 17 The Council is the executive body of the general meeting of members. When the general meeting is not in session, it leads the group to carry out its daily work and is responsible to the general meeting.
Article 18 The functions and powers of the Council are: to implement the resolutions of the general meeting of members; 2. Elect and recall the president, vice-president and secretary-general, and elect and recall the executive directors; Third, prepare to hold a member congress; Four, report the work and financial situation to the members' congress; 5. Decide on the absorption or recall of members; Intransitive verbs determine the establishment, change and cancellation of offices, branches, representative offices and entities; 7. To decide on the appointment and removal of the Deputy Secretary-General and the principals of various institutions; Eight, leading the organization to carry out the work; Nine, formulate internal management system; X. Decide on other major matters.
Article 19 A meeting of the board of directors shall be held only when more than two thirds of the directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only after being voted by more than two thirds of the directors present.
Article 20 The Council shall meet at least once a year. Under special circumstances, an exchange meeting can be held.
Article 21 The Group shall establish a standing council. The Standing Council is elected by the Council, exercises the functions and powers of Article 18, items 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 when the Council is not in session, and is responsible to the Council. The number of executive directors shall not exceed 65438+ 0/3 of the number of directors.
Article 22 The Standing Council shall be convened only when more than two-thirds of the executive directors are present, and its resolutions shall take effect only after being voted by more than two-thirds of the executive directors present at the meeting.
Article 23 The Standing Council shall meet at least once every six months. Under special circumstances, an exchange meeting can be held.
Article 24 The president, vice-president and secretary-general of this group must meet the following conditions: adhere to the party's line, principles and policies and have good political quality; Second, it has great influence in the business field of the Group; Three, the highest age is not more than 70 years old, the secretary general is full-time; Fourth, be healthy and be able to stick to normal work; 5. No criminal punishment of deprivation of political rights; 6. Have full capacity for civil conduct.
Article 25 The president, vice-president and secretary-general of this institution shall be approved by the Council, reviewed by the competent business unit and approved by the institution registration authority before taking up their posts.
Article 26 The term of office of the President of the Group is three years, and he may be re-elected for one term. The term of office of the Vice-President and the Secretary-General shall be three years, with a maximum of two terms. If it is necessary to extend the term of office due to special circumstances, it must be approved by more than two-thirds of the members of the members' congress, reported to the competent business unit for review, and approved by the registration and management authority of the association before taking office.
Article 27 The President of the Group is the legal representative of the Group, and the legal representative signs relevant important documents on behalf of the Group. Due to special circumstances, the vice president or the secretary-general may act as the legal representative upon the entrustment of the president, the consent of the board of directors and the approval of the registration authority of the competent business unit. The legal representative of this group does not concurrently serve as the legal representative of other groups.
Article 28 The president of this group shall exercise the following functions and powers: to convene and preside over the Council and the Standing Council; Two, check the implementation of the resolutions of the members' congress, the Council or the Standing Council.
Article 29 The Secretary-General of this group shall exercise the following functions and powers: preside over the daily work of the office and organize the implementation of the annual work plan; 2. Coordinating the work of branches, representative offices and entities; 3. Nominate the Deputy Secretary-General and the principals of offices, branches, representative offices and units, and submit them to the Council or the Standing Council for decision; 4. To decide on the employment of full-time staff in offices, representative offices and entities; 5. Handle other daily affairs.
Chapter V Principles of Asset Management and Use
Article 30 The main sources of funds for this group are: membership fees; Second, donations; Third, government funding; Income from activities or services provided within the approved business scope; 5. interest; 6. Other lawful income;
Thirty-first this group collects membership fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state.
Article 32 The funds of this group must be used for the business scope and career development as stipulated in the articles of association, and shall not be distributed among members.
Article 33 The Group shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure the legality, truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of accounting data.
Article 34 The Group is equipped with accountants with professional qualifications. Accounting personnel shall not concurrently serve as cashiers. Accountants must conduct accounting and exercise accounting supervision. When an accountant transfers his job or leaves his post, he must go through the handover procedures with the recipient.
Article 35 The assets management of this group must implement the financial management system stipulated by the state and accept the supervision of the members' congress and the financial department. If the source of assets belongs to the state appropriation or social donation or subsidy, it must accept the supervision of audit institutions and publish relevant information to the society in an appropriate way.
Article 36 Before a group changes or changes its legal representative, it must accept the financial audit organized by the organization registration authority and the competent business unit.
Article 37 No unit or individual may occupy, privately divide or misappropriate the assets of this group.
Article 38 The wages, insurance and welfare benefits of the full-time staff of this group shall be implemented with reference to the provisions of relevant state institutions.
Chapter VI Procedures for Amending the Articles of Association
Thirty-ninth amendments to the articles of association of this group must be approved by the Council and reported to the members' congress for deliberation.
Article 40 The revised Articles of Association of the Organization shall come into effect within 15 days after being adopted by the members' congress, and shall be submitted to the competent business unit for examination and approval.
Chapter VII Termination Procedure and Property Disposal after Termination
Article 41 If a group completes its purpose or is dissolved or needs to be revoked due to division or merger, the Council or the Standing Council shall propose a motion for termination.
Forty-second the motion to terminate the group must be voted by the members' congress and reported to the competent business unit for approval.
Forty-third before the termination of this group, a liquidation organization must be established under the guidance of the competent business unit and the relevant authorities to clean up the creditor's rights and debts and deal with the aftermath. During the liquidation period, no activities other than liquidation will be carried out.
Forty-fourth this group shall terminate after the cancellation of registration by the association registration authority.
Forty-fifth after the termination of the group's remaining property, under the supervision of the competent business unit and the group registration authority, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, for the development of undertakings related to the purpose of the group. Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 46 The Articles of Association was adopted by the eighth general meeting on July 22nd, 201/kloc-0.
Article 47 The right to interpret the Articles of Association belongs to the Council of the Organization.
Article 48 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of approval by the registration authority of associations.
