The main laws of medical law

The main law of medical law: People's Republic of China (PRC) Basic Medical Care and Health Promotion Law. On February 28th, 65438, the 15th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th NPC passed the Basic Medical Care and Health Promotion Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which guaranteed the following rights and interests:

1, legal protection: treatment of village doctors and pension issues. The state strengthens the construction of rural medical and health teams, establishes a career development mechanism linked by counties and villages, and improves the multi-channel subsidy mechanism and pension policy for rural medical and health personnel.

2. It is worth mentioning that, in violation of the provisions of this law, the local people's governments at all levels, the health authorities of the people's governments at or above the county level and other relevant departments abuse their powers, neglect their duties and engage in malpractices for selfish ends, and the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel will be punished according to law. In other words, the treatment and pension of village doctors are protected by law, and the situation of withholding or delaying subsidies may be greatly reduced.

3. People and property: all of them are inclined to primary medical institutions. The state establishes a system in which medical and health personnel regularly go to grass-roots units and hard and remote areas to engage in medical and health work. Take measures such as directional free training, counterpart support, retirement and reemployment, and strengthen the construction of medical and health teams in grassroots and hard and remote areas.

4. The state has increased financial investment in medical and health undertakings, and given priority to supporting the development of medical and health undertakings in old revolutionary base areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas and economically underdeveloped areas by increasing transfer payments. Medical and health personnel working in grassroots and hard and remote areas will be given preferential treatment in salary allowance, professional title evaluation, career development, education and training, recognition and reward, etc.
