(2) Tool hand: Pay attention to work efficiency, regardless of appearance. In the hand part, the functional prosthetic hand is replaced by inactive instruments, and the residual muscles or healthy muscles are used as power to complete the motor function of the hand. 2. According to the classification of amputation plane, there are corresponding types of prosthetic hands (1) because different amputation sites have different residual functions. Commonly used prosthetic hand: a prosthetic hand that reproduces the shape of the original upper limb as much as possible. Therefore, it is also called decorative hand, and the distal forearm and hand that are often exposed outside are made into rubber gloves, so that their external shape, feeling and color are close to the appearance of normal hands. These gloves are called cosmetic gloves or synthetic leather gloves. (2) Artificial hand for work: The artificial hand for work includes upper arm type and forearm type (Figure 12- 1-67), which is used to install the front part of the receiving cavity of the residual limb. At the front end of the handle, a suitable hand substitute can be selected according to the working nature (Figure 12- 1-6).

(3) Common functional prosthetic hands: The shape of the hand is very close to that of the normal hand, which can be divided into prosthetic hands with only the thumb moving to the palm and the other four fingers fixed, and prosthetic hands with the thumb and other four fingers moving (Figure 12- 1-89). Figure 12- 1-8 Becker's thumb can be opened at will.

(4) Functional artificial hand for work: The hand hook of the artificial hand consists of two steel hooks, one is fixed and the other is movable, which can be opened with the pulling of the wire rope and closed with the loosening of the wire rope. (5) Shoulder prosthetic hand: used for patients with scapular clavicle resection, shoulder amputation and amputation of ultra-short upper arm (Figure 12- 1-65438
(6) Upper arm prosthetic hand: The lower part of the shoulder joint of the upper arm prosthetic hand is the same as that of the shoulder joint prosthetic hand (Figure 12- 11) Figure12-1upper arm prosthetic hand.
(7) Forearm prosthetic hand: According to the amputation plane, it can be divided into long stump, short stump and ultra-short stump forearm prosthetic hand (Figure 12- 1- 12).
