According to the 3rd International Conference on Mental Health, the symbol of mental health is: 1, harmony between body and mind; 2. Adapt to the environment and be humble to each other in interpersonal relationships; 3. Have a sense of happiness; In my professional work, I can give full play to my ability and live an efficient life.
Mr. Guo Nianfeng, a famous psychologist in China, put forward the 10 standard of mental health:
First, the periodic rhythm. People's psychological activities have their own internal rhythms in form and efficiency, such as clear thinking during the day, high concentration and suitability for work; I can sleep at night, so I can recharge my batteries and work the next day. If a person can't sleep every night, it shows that the inherent rhythm of his psychological activities is in a state of disorder.
Second, the level of consciousness. The level of consciousness is often based on the level of attention If a person can't concentrate on a certain job, can't concentrate on thinking, is often absent-minded or makes mistakes at work because of being absent-minded, mental health problems may occur.
Third, suggestibility. People who are susceptible to suggestion are often easily caused by the surrounding environment, their thinking is shaken, and sometimes their willpower is weak. Their mood and thinking easily change with the environment, which brings unstable characteristics to their psychological activities.
Fourth, the intensity of psychological activities. This refers to the ability to resist mental stimulation. A strong mental shock appears in front of us. People with low resistance often leave behind future troubles, which may lead to reactive psychosis or hysteria due to a mental stimulus, while people with strong resistance react but do not get sick.
Fifth, the endurance of psychological activities. This refers to people's psychological ability to resist repeated mental stimulation in real life for a long time. Although this chronic stimulus is not strong and intense at one time, it will not disappear for a long time, and it haunts people's minds almost every day.
Sixth, psychological rehabilitation ability. Because people have different cognitive abilities and experiences, the time required to recover from the blow will be different and the degree of recovery will be different. This ability to recover from traumatic stimulation to normal level is called psychological rehabilitation ability.
Seven, psychological self-control. The intensity of emotion, the expression of emotion, the direction and process of thinking are all realized under people's conscious control. When a person is physically and mentally healthy, his psychological activities will be comfortable, his emotions will be properly expressed, his words will be fluent, his manners will be generous, and he will not be stiff or presumptuous.
Eight, confidence. Whether a person has proper self-confidence is a standard of mental health. Self-confidence is essentially an analytical and comprehensive ability of self-cognition and thinking, which can be gradually improved in life practice.
Nine, social. A person's social interaction with others often marks a person's mental health level. When a person severely and unreasonably cuts off contact with relatives and friends, or becomes very indifferent, it constitutes a symptom of mental illness, which is called poor contact. If you engage in too many social activities, you may also be manic.
X. Environmental adaptability. Environment is people's living environment, including working environment, living environment, working nature, interpersonal relationship and so on. People can not only adapt to the environment, but also transform the environment through practice and understanding.
Combined with this 10 standard, we can see how a person's mental health level is.
Another famous psychologist in China, Mr. Xu Youxin, put forward three standards to measure mental health. Namely, experience standard, operation standard and development standard. These three standards should also be linked, comprehensively investigated and measured.
Experience standard refers to a person's subjective experience and inner world, mainly including good mood and proper self-evaluation.
Operating standard refers to the process and effect of psychological activities through observation, experiment and inspection, and its core is efficiency, which mainly includes the efficiency of personal psychological activities and personal social efficiency or social functions (such as high work and study efficiency, harmonious interpersonal relationship, etc.). ).
The development standard focuses on the longitudinal (past, present and future) investigation and analysis of people's psychological state (the first two standards mainly focus on the horizontal, considering a person's mental state). The development standard refers to the possibility of developing at a higher level, and there are action measures to realize the possibility.
