What is GMs? In the past few decades, the research of developmental neuroscience has put forward the concept of individual developmental adaptation in the functional development of human nervous system. It holds that the function of nerve tissue must meet the needs of the organism itself and its surrounding environment in the process of individual development, and the developing organism should adapt to the needs of its internal and external environment at each development stage. At different ages, the structure and function of nervous system are different. Because of the age-specific differences in the developing nervous system, age-appropriate diagnostic procedures are needed. The concept of specific age and individual development adaptation is fully considered in the quality assessment of Greater Mekong Subregion. The research results of developmental neurology show that the juvenile nervous system is an active organism to a great extent under normal circumstances, and the spontaneous movement of fetus, premature baby, full-term baby and baby within a few months after birth has important clinical significance. GMs is the most common and complicated spontaneous movement pattern, which first appeared in the fetus of 9 weeks' gestation and lasted for 5 ~ 6 months after birth, and can effectively evaluate the function of young nervous system. G Ms refers to the whole body participating in the movement, and the arms, legs, neck and trunk participate in this GMs in a way of changing the movement order. The intensity, intensity and speed of the movement fluctuate, and the beginning and end of the movement are gradual. The rotation of the limbs along the axis and the subtle changes in the direction of movement make the whole movement smooth and beautiful, resulting in a complex and changeable impression.
The development of GMS in time includes: GMS before term (fetal and premature delivery), writing movement (from term to 6-9 weeks after term) and fidgeting movement (FMs, from 6-9 weeks to 5-6 months after term).
About "GMS Whole Body Exercise"
"GMS full-body exercise", if the babies are not premature for more than 1 month, maybe they will not pay attention to what "GMS" is in their lives.
These babies were born two days after 35 weeks. After the babies were born, the mother waited for them to grow up happily and anxiously every day, hoping that the babies would grow up healthily.
Because of premature delivery, the Maternal and Child Health Hospital requires babies to do "GMS full-body exercise" to monitor the development of their nervous system. In short, the possibility of cerebral palsy is ruled out.
I did the first stage of "GMS Total Body Exercise" with anxiety, and the test result was "PR+". I was told that I need to pay close attention and I may be stunted in the future. Of course, I didn't rule out the possibility of cerebral palsy.
In the following days, I don't know what else I can do to help the babies besides playing games and doing exercises with them.
Baby, mom's heart is suffering … suffering … hanging … hanging … still hanging.
Finally, I waited for the second stage of "GMS Total Body Exercise", and the test result was "F+". When I got the report, the doctor told me directly, "The babies are fine". I don't even need to ask what "F+" means. "The babies are fine" is enough to relax me.
Baby, how many days and nights, my mother wondered if it was a mistake to give birth to you.
But from now on, mom won't worry anymore, dear babies. Mom has never been so happy in her life.
To sum up, I think this thing still has certain accuracy.
