You must carry your ID card or other valid documents when you apply for a health certificate.
Treatment process
1, registration hall: pay fees and receive medical forms;
2. Fill in the name, gender, age and item in the upper and lower parts of the physical examination form in block letters;
3. Physical examination room: photography and physical examination;
4.x-ray room: chest X-ray (free for pregnant women);
5. Planned immunization department: measles vaccine (free for pregnant women);
6, blood test window: blood test (food, public places practitioners plus anal examination);
7. Obtain evidence in the accreditation hall: after 24 hours of physical examination, obtain evidence with the physical examination form, green invoice and training paper (obtain evidence after 48 hours of physical examination for employees in food and public places);
Health certificate physical examination items mainly include:

Anal examination mainly insists on whether there are infectious diseases such as Escherichia coli and hepatitis;

Types of health certificates

Shenzhen Health Certificate Physical Examination Grade A and Grade B
The physical examination items of Class A and Class B of Shenzhen Health Certificate are similar. Those who are infected with hepatitis B virus or suffer from other infectious diseases shall not issue a Class A health certificate.
If it is a class B health certificate, it is not allowed to engage in food-related industries, such as catering, food factories, restaurants, water plants, preschool education and other industries. Especially for patients with hepatitis B, a health certificate must be issued under the condition of normal liver function. At present, many places stipulate that health certificates only check liver function and not hepatitis B, and the state stipulates that employment discrimination against hepatitis B virus carriers should be eliminated.
Purpose of certification

For example, strenuous exercise and drinking before examination may cause high transaminase and bilirubin, which are indicators reflecting liver function. If transaminase or bilirubin is high, it will directly affect the test results of liver function.
