First, report the complaint "zero errands". Smooth channels for workers to report complaints and defend their rights in various forms, and try their best to provide "zero errands" service. Announce the telephone number of reporting complaints on the portal of Taian Municipal People's Social Security Bureau and radio and television media, and publish the QR code of reporting complaints on the official WeChat account of Taian People's Social Security Bureau, and resolve conflicts and disputes through non-contact instant communication methods such as telephone and WeChat mediation; Give full play to the role of the 88 12580 and 12333 hotlines, arrange special personnel to answer, answer and receive relevant questions and clues online, explain policies in time, respond to workers' rights and interests, and turn "offline" rights protection into "online" rights protection. For the reasons why we can't report by phone or online, we will open a remote video reporting service of workers' WeChat, and the labor security supervisor will answer the screen for screening. The pictures and data forms of relevant evidence materials can be transmitted remotely without running errands. Fully understand the grim situation that some enterprises are under great pressure of production and operation, workers are faced with risks such as reduced income, and the disharmony factors of labor relations are obviously increasing. In view of the risk challenges brought by contradictions and disputes involving labor contracts, wage payment, rights and interests protection, we should plan preventive countermeasures as soon as possible. If the treatment measures are unclear and lack the basis of laws and regulations, collective research will be conducted in a timely manner, and the case-by-case judgment will be made to unify the scale of handling cases and treatment measures. Make full use of the big data means of "Shandong Province's Supervision Platform for Protecting Migrant Workers' Wage Payment", and check the implementation around the data indicators of the project "real-name registration system Registration System's Equipment, Wage Account Binding and Platform Payment". Since the beginning of this year, the platform has released a total of 157 projects, 4,699 person-times and 26.58 million yuan, further strengthening data early warning and forecasting, accurately judging and making decisions, fully supporting the fight against the epidemic and the resumption of construction projects, and improving the accuracy and timeliness of case investigation.

Strengthen emergency duty, implement a 24-hour duty system, arrange special personnel to answer online and receive clues about related problems, and strictly prevent mass incidents caused by employees' inability to provide normal labor, stop production, return to work early or require employees to return to work early and extend the Spring Festival holiday due to the epidemic, and handle labor dispute cases with "zero delay" during the epidemic. At present, the real-name registration system coverage rate of 394 projects under construction is 100%, which has laid a solid foundation for epidemic prevention and control and supervision of migrant workers' wage payment.
