Health Manager Reform Policy in 2022

Starting from 202 1, the policy of health managers is different from the past. Before 2020, it was a vocational qualification certificate, and from 20021,it was reformed into a vocational skill level certificate. This certificate can be found in official website, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. It is recognized by the state and is used all over the country. Those who meet the requirements can get a skill upgrading subsidy of 2000-4290 yuan.

The examination for health managers has changed from "four times" to "three times", which means that the number of times candidates can register for the examination is decreasing every year. If each exam is changed to two rounds, the number of seats in each batch of exams in various provinces and cities will increase, which will alleviate the pressure of applying for exams in various places to some extent and improve the pass rate of registration.

As a health promoter of families, communities and enterprises, health managers are important participants in achieving the goal of healthy China, so the gold content of future certificates will inevitably increase. With the increase of the gold content of the certificate, the examination standards and requirements will be higher and higher, and the passing rate will be reduced accordingly. Therefore, partners who want to take the health manager exam should sign up for the exam quickly, and don't wait until the difficulty rises in the future.

Policies promote the development of health management industry. Many colleges and universities have added health management majors to train talents in the direction of health management. With the increase of professional talents, the requirements of health managers for applicants' academic qualifications, majors and related industry qualifications will also increase, so those who want to apply for health managers should pay close attention to it, and they may not be qualified to apply for it in two years.

Health managers are professionals engaged in the detection, analysis and evaluation of individual and group health, as well as health consultation, guidance and risk factor intervention. Compound talents in health industry span many disciplines, such as medicine, nutrition, psychology, traditional Chinese medicine, kinematics, rehabilitation, chronic disease management and so on.

For non-medical professional partners, if they want to obtain the certificate of health manager, they can also choose to apply for cross-majors. Through systematic study, they can not only learn more basic health knowledge, but also broaden their employment!

Although health managers have a wide range of knowledge, workers can also choose jobs according to their priorities. After all, people's energy is limited, and it is impossible to master all aspects. Some focus on nutrition guidance and catering, some focus on health intervention and health education, and some focus on chronic disease management.

Moreover, the professional requirements of health managers do not require medical work, and even people without foundation can engage in related work.
