Health mainly depends on self-prevention and management at ordinary times, not simply on tonic and exercise. The research and analysis of the factors affecting health by the World Health Organization shows that if health is 100, then 15% depends on heredity, 10% is social condition, 8% comes from medical condition, 7% comes from natural environment, and 60% is related to a person's habitual lifestyle. Many of us have unhealthy lifestyles, and most of us have the following problems:
1, eating irregularly, skipping breakfast and overeating.
2, extreme lack of physical exercise, sedentary.
3. Ignore the minor physical problems, often feel physically and mentally exhausted, but do not take the initiative, or even go to the physical examination.
4, work and life troubles, but rarely talk to family and friends.
