No matter who you are, the awareness of health is certainly very important, and so is it for me. So how to maintain their health, individuals mainly through the following three ways to maintain:

First: I especially like staying up late, watching movies, reading novels, playing games and so on before regular work and rest. Even if I stay up late the next day, I will be full of energy and will not be depressed; But I don't stay up late after graduation, because I obviously feel that the whole person's mental state will get worse after staying up late, and it is easy to become very tired, and there will be distraction or drowsiness at work. Later, I slowly adjusted my schedule, my spirit became better, I was more passionate and my work efficiency was higher.

Second: the law of diet. I wonder if there is anyone like me. I used to hate breakfast, but I didn't want to get up just because I slept late in the morning. Eating breakfast will reduce my sleep time. But then, I felt sick. After going to the hospital for examination, the doctor told me that there was something wrong with the gallbladder. Fortunately, it is found early now. If I do this again, gallstones will easily appear. Later, I ate breakfast on time every day, and the gallbladder pain never appeared again. And a man I met at work had his gallbladder cut because he never ate breakfast, which also reminded me that I must eat breakfast.

Third: I used to exercise a lot in college, but I really didn't have time to exercise after work. It's not that I didn't have time, but I finally rested, so I thought about brushing videos and playing games and didn't want to exercise. However, the consequences of not exercising soon appeared. I gained a lot of weight, which was barely acceptable, but sometimes I suddenly felt dizzy, or I always felt a little tired and unhappy when I went out to play.

Later, I slowly began to exercise again. Even if I don't go to the gym, I will pace back and forth at home to increase my exercise, and then run in the community for half an hour in the morning.
