Therefore, not eating plain rice can speed up weight loss.

So, what can we eat this week? Studies have found that eating meat and starch together can easily increase the body's absorption of fat. Eating meat instead of starchy food will not lead to obesity. So you can eat meat, eggs, milk, vegetables and other foods this week. In terms of drinks, boiled water or sugar-free tea has always been the mainstay. After soaking your feet in hot water every night, do 30 sit-ups and sleep. Week 3: Eat light and oil-free food. From this week on, I only eat morning tea and lunch, not dinner. Week four: milk and eggs

This week is the last week, and we began to join the fasting stage. The total weight of food eaten every day should not exceed 200 grams. Milk and eggs are the main foods. But you can only eat two eggs a day at most. If you want to eat other foods, you should follow the principle of light and oil-free.
