1, China's college enrollment management system has adopted a single score system.
The traditional single-point system leads students to pay more attention to theory than practice, which leads to difficulties in graduation and employment, poor practical work ability, insufficient innovation ability and poor comprehensive ability and quality. Students learn empty theories, but they have no ability to invent and innovate. Comparing the education in China and the United States, there are two obvious differences, that is, the enrollment system and education mode of the two countries have created two different talents. Different social people have different social effects.
Change the traditional single score system and judge the enrollment system by people's comprehensive quality. The prosperity of the country stems from the prosperity of talents. The state should make great efforts in personnel training, brainstorm and find a road or model that is really suitable for personnel development. Whether a student is really capable or not depends not only on his scores, but also on his physical and mental quality, ideological and moral character and potential intellectual development, which should be our enrollment conditions or management system. Colleges and universities should focus on cultivating national talents, which is based on national interests. The training of talents should be targeted, and feasible schemes suitable for their development should be designed according to different types of talents, which should be the strategic requirement of talent development. The pure theory of education should be completely changed. Book knowledge should be closely combined with practice, inspire each other, discover new problems, create new achievements, and let different types of talents play an effective role in different corners of society.
On March 15, 2007, Wang Bintai, Vice Governor of He Quan and Provincial Education Department, put forward five main opinions on the enrollment management in colleges and universities according to the spirit of the important speech by Minister of Education Zhou Ji, which pointed out the direction and path for the construction of the enrollment management system in colleges and universities. From the enrollment plan of Jiangsu Province in 2008, we already know that the enrollment management system of colleges and universities in China has changed or is changing, which shows that the national government has put the problem of cultivating talents at a strategic height. Analyzing the enrollment plan of Jiangsu Province in 2008, we think it meets the requirements of the current talent training goal. Of course, the rationality, advancement and realistic satisfaction of the plan will not be confirmed until it is implemented in 2008.
2. College education makes most students think that what they have learned is useless, and school teaching is out of touch with reality.
The reason for the problem is that education has not been combined with production, learning and research. Therefore, the author suggests that colleges and universities should take the initiative to jointly run schools with the business community and adopt an elastic credit system internally. Colleges and universities have relaxed the four-year university system to six years or more, during which students can decide whether to adopt the continuous system or the divided system. This can not only improve students' interest in studying at school, but also improve the combination of theory and practice, enhance students' working ability, enable students to actively discover, explore and innovate, and open up new employment channels. This win-win effect can promote the country, schools and students. Why not? Therefore, it is imperative to change some traditional outdated enrollment management systems and educational models.
The original enrollment management system and education mode of China University have no effect on selecting real talents. A large number of people with high scores and low abilities have neither personality nor expertise, and cannot creatively exert their personal strengths. Everyone receives the same education in the same mode, which is not suitable for the development of the times. The education of children misled by others cannot stimulate the characteristics of each individual, and they are not allowed to give full play to their respective specialties. How can we teach real talents? Therefore, it is the need of the country to change the traditional enrollment management system and education mode and ensure that people with potential, learning ability and brains enter the cradle of real talents for further study.
