Applewatch is a smart watch launched by Apple, which needs to be paired with iPhone to work properly. Although applewatch supports Bluetooth connection, it can only be paired with iPhone of iOS system, not directly with Android phone. So Android phones can't use applewatch.
If you want to use smart watches on Android phones, you can consider buying other brands of smart watches, such as Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi and other brands.
