How much is the solid wood floor now? How to tell whether the floor is good or bad?

Key points of purchasing laminate flooring

1. How to identify from the package?

The floor packaging produced by regular manufacturers should have the manufacturer's name, address, instructions and implementation standards marked in Chinese. It is suggested not to buy "three noes" products, and be cautious about "all foreign language packaging" products. According to the law, regular imported products should have Chinese signs and related instructions.

2. How to identify from the standards of product implementation?

The national standard of laminate flooring is quite strict. At present, the low-priced flooring produced by many small factories in the market can not meet the requirements of the national standard. Therefore, we suggest that consumers choose brands that indicate the implementation of national standards, so that in case of floor quality defects, it is easy to negotiate with merchants in accordance with their commitment to implement national standards.

The full name and serial number of the national standard are: (impregnated paper laminated wood flooring) China People's Standard (GB/T 18 102-2000), in addition to the mandatory standard China People's Standard * * and China's national standard GB 18580-200 1.

3. How to distinguish from the place of origin

If the manufacturer says that his floor is imported or "imported big board, slotted at home", please be careful. At present, there are few imported laminate flooring, and the relative price is relatively high. If the manufacturer says that the place of origin is Shenzhen, Beijing or Shanghai, it can be said that nine times out of ten it is misleading. Take Shanghai as an example, some fake and shoddy floor manufacturers in Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions often register a company in Shanghai and sell it in this name.

4. What do you think from the certificate?

Phillips is often blinded by all kinds of certificates presented by merchants. In fact, many so-called certificates can be bought for two or three thousand yuan, and some even write and direct themselves. The really important certificates are: IS0900 1 Quality Management System, IS01400/Environmental Management System Certification Certificate and China Environmental Label Product Certificate. For the former, different certification bodies have different gold contents. The famous ones are TUV, SGS, China Great Wall and Fiona Fang.

5. How to tell from the company name?

Beware of products marked with the words "XXX international group or XX (Asia) marketing organization", most of which are purely fictitious.

6. Background information about wear resistance value

According to the requirements of national standards, the initial wear resistance of laminate flooring should reach more than 6000 revolutions, which is equivalent to the European standard AC3 (Europe divides the surface wear resistance into five grades of AC 1~AC5, and AC5 has the highest wear resistance grade). In China market, most products are AC 1, AC2 or AC3. AC3 flooring is also the mainstream product in the world laminate flooring market, while AC4 or AC5 are products with advanced commercial configuration.

According to the information provided by MEAD Company, the largest manufacturer of wear-resistant paper in the United States, which was listed in Fortune Global 500 in September, 2000, MEAD Company's top-grade products of 76g/㎡ wear-resistant layer can reach AC5 level, that is, 15000 rpm. Because the wear resistance value is influenced by many factors, the data provided by MEAD company shows that there is generally a measurement error of +25% at most. For example, the wear resistance of 45g/m2 wear-resistant paper may be 9000+2000 revolutions. Therefore, it is very likely that the actual wear-resistant values of the floors marked with 7000 rpm and 10000 rpm are basically the same, and the floors marked with 13000 rpm and 10000 rpm may use the same type of wear-resistant layer.

7. What do you think of the formaldehyde emission from laminate flooring exceeding the standard?

The base material of laminate flooring is high density fiberboard (HDF), and the main source of formaldehyde released from flooring is free formaldehyde in the base material. People should realize that all wood-based panel products (including laminate flooring) have different levels of formaldehyde content, and the key to control formaldehyde release is to reduce the content of free formaldehyde in the substrate and inhibit the amount and speed of free formaldehyde release.

Formaldehyde is a colorless gas with a strong pungent smell. When the concentration of formaldehyde in indoor air is higher than 0.08/㎡, people's eyes or sense of smell can already feel the stimulation of formaldehyde. If it is exposed to excessive formaldehyde for a long time, it will easily lead to pneumonia, cancer, leukemia and other diseases, which will seriously endanger the health of consumers. Therefore, only selecting qualified laminate flooring will be harmless to health. This is because:

1) Qualified laminate flooring is made of one or more layers of specially impregnated thermosetting amino resin, covering the surface of high-density fiberboard and other substrates, with a balanced layer on the back and a wear-resistant layer on the front. Wherein the decorative layer, the wear-resistant layer and the balance layer are all impregnated with thermosetting amino resin. After hot-pressing curing, the surface is closed, the stability is excellent, and the free formaldehyde in the substrate is rarely released. Usually, when the formaldehyde emission is less than 0.5 mg/L (that is, it meets E0 grade), it can be used safely (without considering the restrictions of floor paving and ventilation measures).

2) Excellent floor production enterprises adopt advanced production technologies and processes to reduce the release of formaldehyde during floor processing. The main ways are:

One is to use E 1 grade substrate with low formaldehyde content (usually detected by perforation extraction method, its formaldehyde content is less than 9mg/ 100g, and this kind of material can be directly used in indoor places according to national standards).

Second, scientific hot-pressing veneer processing technology is adopted to fully ensure that the thermosetting amino resin on the floor surface can be completely cured, improve the sealing effect of the surface, and reduce the release amount and release speed of free formaldehyde in the floor substrate. However, the control of the curing degree of the floor surface has high influencing factors and dependent conditions, which need advanced production equipment, excellent and stable raw materials, scientific and reasonable production technology as a guarantee, and also need advanced testing instruments and testing technology for monitoring, which is difficult for ordinary small floor production enterprises to do. Therefore, when purchasing floors, consumers are advised to choose brand floors with good quality and good reputation to avoid being harmed by formaldehyde.

Third, the exposed parts around the floor should be specially treated (shielding measures) to reduce the formaldehyde emission at the flat-fell seam after paving. Under normal circumstances, consumers can see the test reports submitted by merchants, which are generally tested by dryer method. Although the formaldehyde emission meets the limit of national standards, the test results only reflect the formaldehyde emission on the floor surface. The comparative experiment shows that the formaldehyde released by the bare substrate around the floor is much higher than the surface, and there will be assembly cracks in different degrees after the floor is paved. At present, all floors in Foehlinger have been coated with permeable plastic sealant (which must be treated with constant humidity), so that the base materials around the floor are exposed, which not only enhances the moisture-proof effect of the floor, but also blocks and isolates the release channel of free formaldehyde in the floor, greatly reducing the overall release of formaldehyde in the indoor floor.

3) Cars have tail gas emissions, computers, televisions and mobile phones have radiation, reinforced floors have trace formaldehyde emissions, many food additives, preservatives, vegetables, fruits and vegetables often have pesticide residues, and chickens, ducks and fish often have growth hormones, but consumers, including us, must work hard, and then spend money on televisions with trace radiation, reinforced floors with trace formaldehyde and so on to enjoy the convenience and comfort of modern life.

Note: The laminate flooring in the above description does not include inferior materials with fake materials and formaldehyde exceeding the standard. Using inferior floors may seriously affect your health.

8. What do you think of the test report issued by the merchant?

There are usually two types of test reports produced by merchants: real and edited, and the latter need not be discussed. The first category can be divided into two types:

1, inspection report: For understandable reasons, inspection reports usually have good indicators.

2. Sampling report: In fact, the sampling report is only valid for the batch of products sampled at that time. In order to get a good test report, many small factories put special products in stores for random inspection and even carry out other black-box operations.

In short, a regrettable phenomenon in the market is that the indicators of test reports of small factories and even fake and shoddy floors are often better than the famous brands of regular manufacturers. Because the latter cherishes their own brands, they will not and dare not make fakes. Therefore, if a merchant tells you that the XX floor he sells is wear-resistant 10000 rpm and the price of formaldehyde is 3.0mg/ 100g, you'd better be cautious. If you still say it's imported, you'd better be careful.

9. Can you tell the difference between domestic floor and imported floor according to the length?

A traditional saying in the market is to judge according to the length of the floor. About1.2m is a domestic board, and about1.3m is an imported board. This statement was basically correct before. Because of the different production and consumption habits in Asia and Europe, the floors in Europe are usually longer. Since 2002, some domestic manufacturers have successively purchased domestic extended presses to produce floors of about 1.3 meters. So it's not very reliable to judge by the length now.

In fact, many floors claimed to be imported in the market are produced by domestic enterprises. For non-professionals, it is probably not easy to distinguish between domestic and imported plates, which requires considerable professional background, experience and testing instruments. Due to the high price of imported floor, it is often the object of counterfeiting by illegal manufacturers.

On the whole, it is difficult to distinguish the quality of domestic flooring from imported flooring, just as it is difficult to distinguish the quality of flooring produced by domestic manufacturers, just as the quality of flooring produced by domestic manufacturers is mixed. Foreign enterprises use German equipment and import key raw materials, and their management is very strict. Therefore, the quality of its products can be said to be internationally competitive, not inferior to foreign products, and the export volume is not small.

There are usually two ways to "turn" domestic plates into imported floors: one is to register a "XX" brand in China first, then order and process some imported products from abroad, and then find domestic manufacturers to order production, while some unscrupulous merchants deceive customers with the original import declaration form, saying that the domestic floors are imported; Another method is very common: direct simulation.

10. What do you think of "nano" floor?

Some merchants claim that their floors adopt "nano" technology, which can release negative ions and far infrared rays, or add various rare earth elements for health. As far as we know, building materials are not health care products, so it is good that they are harmless to human body. As a consumer, the simple solution is to ask him to show the inspection report of the national inspection agency and write his "function" into the contract.

1 1. Is the strength of the floor with double locks and three locks really greater than that of the floor with single locks?

At present, the number of double locks on the market is determined by the structure and combination accuracy of tenon locks and the thickness of tenon. Single-lock tenons of famous brand manufacturers are generally very thick, and tenons of double-lock and triple-lock floors are generally very thin and brittle. Because the thickness of the floor is about 8MM, the strength is not as good as that of the single lock floor (one piece of 12MM glass and three pieces of 4MM glass can bear the pressure).

12. Is the "three locks" high in technology?

A: It can be produced by changing a few tools on the assembly line.

13. Which certificates are more reliable?

At present, all kinds of certificates are overwhelming in the market, but there are mainly five kinds of certification certificates to strengthen the authority and credibility of the flooring industry. Details are as follows:

1) The first batch of product quality exemption certificates were issued.

This is a certificate issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. There are only six enterprises that have obtained the certificate in the first batch of flooring industry, and enterprises enjoy the right of exemption from product quality supervision and inspection within three years. Quality exemption standard: the annual sales volume is 3 million square meters; The enterprise has passed the ISO900 1 quality management system and ISO 1400 1 environmental management system certification; Pass the environmental label certification; There is no unqualified record in sampling inspection within 3 years.

2) ISO900 1 Quality Management System and ISO 1400 1 Environmental Management System Certification.

The key is to see which company or organization is judging. Those certification bodies with good reputation, high evaluation standards and strict standards mainly include: China: Fiona Fang Mark Certification Committee, National Certification Center, etc. Abroad: TUV Rheinland, Germany, Swiss SGS, etc.

3) China Environmental Label Product Certification Certificate

This is certified by China Environmental Label Product Certification Committee (CCEL). CCEL is the highest standard certification committee in China, which consists of State Environmental Protection Administration, State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, State Administration of Import and Export Commodity Inspection and Quarantine and well-known experts. CCEL is the only organization in China that certifies the environmental behavior of products and grants environmental labels.

4) Fair inspection

Inspection is a kind of notarization service in which the quality, quantity, packaging and shipping marks of products are verified by a third party other than the buyer and the seller, that is, the quality inspection service organization, according to the corresponding key standards or inspection agreements. At present, only Beijing, Shanghai and other places in China have this service.

5) China famous brand product certificate

This honor was awarded by China Brand Strategy Promotion Committee, an authoritative organization in China. In 2005, only four enterprises in China laminate flooring industry won this honor, and Fillinger was on the list.

14. Why are the prices of products of different enterprises with ISO certificate and national product quality exemption certificate different?

Students who have also obtained college diplomas have high and low salaries. Why? Because of their school grades. Different personal working abilities and qualities create different values for enterprises. A certificate only represents the threshold or the lowest level of a certain level. In the same way, although the same certificate has been obtained, the raw materials, production processes and services of different enterprises are still different, and the value provided to consumers is high or low, and the price is different.

15, general features of fake and shoddy laminate flooring:

1. Generally, wear-resistant paper of about 30g/㎡ is used, and some even don't use wear-resistant paper. Wear-resistant revolutions are usually between 100-3000 revolutions. After a year or two of use, the corners will be worn off.

2. Expensive domestic wood grain decorative paper is usually used. In addition to the blurred pattern, the biggest defect of this kind of wood grain paper is that it is generally not resistant to ultraviolet rays and will change color after sunlight. This is also why some consumers have reported that after the floor is installed for three months, the place near the balcony and window will change color.

3. The base material is poor, the quality index is often unstable, formaldehyde often exceeds the standard, and some even use MDF, but they can often produce a "test report" with indicators exceeding brand-name products.

4. Due to poor equipment and technology, small factories rarely produce dark floors, and the processing accuracy is poor. White fog or white spots often appear on the floor surface, especially on the dark floor surface, and the anti-pollution ability of the floor surface is poor. After a long time, there are often spots that can't be wiped clean.

5, rough packaging, poor poster printing, patchwork content, often stealing the contents of large companies' picture books. And often claim to be "imported big board, domestic slotted."

The above characteristics are not easy to identify for consumers who lack professional background. Therefore, we advise consumers to buy branded products. It may be that the cheap floor is twenty or thirty yuan cheaper than the brand floor per square meter, but its utility and service life may only be equivalent to the brand floor 1/2 or even less, and it lacks environmental protection and after-sales service guarantee.

Keep in mind the old saying that "cheap goods are not good" and be vigilant in the face of exciting prices-can businessmen be living Lei Feng? The reason is very simple. Only mutually beneficial transactions can last. As the saying goes, "some people do broken business, but no one does loss-making business". Products sold at extremely low prices often have problems. There is an unfathomable trap behind "cheap". In the face of fierce market competition, everyone wants to attract consumers, but regular manufacturers operating normally cannot "jump the price" because they want to maintain product quality.
