As shown in the figure, open the Runtastic heart rate and you can see the tips of the measurement method. Gently place your index finger on the camera and time light on the back of your phone to make sure they are completely covered. Hold this position until the end of the test.

The picture shows the interface of the tested mobile phone, and the measuring time is about 15 seconds. The following is the measurement curve of heart rate.

After the measurement, you can choose your own measurement state. From left to right, it is the default state-sleep state-before exercise-after exercise-excited state. You can also record your mood and record the overall state conveniently.

How to synchronize the data of Runtastic heart rate to Health Health App? Select Apple Health in the settings, as shown in the figure.

In addition, there is another parameter in Runtastic heart rate, which refers to the heart rate measured 2 minutes after waking up in the morning. If you do endurance exercise, your resting heart rate will decrease with time.
Special tips
Runtastic Heart Rate Free Edition has a relatively sound function and is not particularly needed. You don't need to buy a Pro version.
