As follows, I choose Student Health Collection. Then fill in the health information. If you want to add a question, you can click "Add Question" at the bottom, and then click "Next". Finally, set the report information and click Finish at the bottom.
1. Open the enterprise WeChat, click the workbench menu below, then click the health report icon to enter, and then click Set Now to start the health report design.
