Looking at children's physical condition from eating, drinking and sleeping

Generally speaking, in the case of breast-feeding after birth, children are less likely to get sick within six months, but after six months, the chances of getting sick are greatly increased. As the person who has the most contact with the baby, it is very important for parents to find the symptoms as soon as possible before the child gets sick, so as to prevent or treat them later. As long as a person eats, drinks and sleeps, there is no problem with his health. This law also applies to babies.

1. Abnormal diet

If the baby suddenly loses appetite or eats less, it may be caused by indigestion, peptic ulcer or chronic enteritis. Carefully recall whether the baby has eaten food that is easy to cause indigestion recently. If you can initially rule out indigestion, if you have long-term loss of appetite, you need to go to the hospital for examination.

2. Abnormal defecation

A healthy baby will defecate regularly, and the soft stool will be discharged. If the stool is dry or loose several times in a row, it may be a sign of disease. If you continue to defecate abnormally, you should adjust your diet or consult a doctor in time.

3. parasomnia

Sleep can best reflect the baby's physical condition. Poor sleep quality or short sleep time may in turn aggravate physical discomfort. If the baby doesn't sleep well, find out the reason in time and prescribe the right medicine. Similarly, sleeping too much and waking up depressed and listless may also be a sign before getting sick.
