Article 7 of the Regulations on Hygiene Management in Public Places * * * Personnel who directly serve customers in public places must hold a Health Certificate before they can engage in their own jobs. Persons suffering from dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis, active tuberculosis, purulent or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder public health shall not engage in direct customer service before they are cured. Thirteenth health supervisors have the right to conduct on-site inspections in public places and ask for relevant information, and business units shall not refuse or conceal it. Health supervisors have the responsibility to keep the technical information provided confidential. Health supervisors in public places should wear badges and show their certificates when performing their tasks.
