(1) Age and qualification.

Marathon participants must be at least 20 years old before 65438+February 3 1 in the year of the competition, which proves that they are in good health, insist on long-distance running and are suitable for participating in the competition;
2. 10 km running and fitness running
Participants in the 10 km race must be at least 65,438+February 3 1 before 16 years old in the year of the race, and participants in the fitness race must be at least 65,438+February 3 1 before 10 years old in the year of the race, proving that they are fit for the race. Players under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their guardians before entering the competition.
(2) Physical requirements of the contestants
Road running is a high-load, high-intensity and long-distance competitive sport, and it is also a high-risk competitive event, which requires high physical conditions for the contestants. Participants should be healthy and have the foundation of long-term running exercise. Those who have the following conditions should not participate in the Shanghai International Marathon: congenital heart disease and rheumatic heart disease; Hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases; Myocarditis and other heart diseases; Patients with coronary heart disease and severe arrhythmia; Diabetes with high or low blood sugar; Pregnancy; Catch a cold within two weeks before the competition; Other situations that are not suitable for exercise.
(Three marathons are limited to 25,000 people, 10 km is limited to 6,000 people, and fitness running is limited to 7,000 people.
(four) according to the "registration notice" for registration.
(5) The elite runners who got on the horse and got on the horse signed up.
Those who meet the qualification requirements for the classic and through train registration will log in to Shangma.com or Ma Shang APP within the specified time. Those who fail to register within the time limit shall be deemed to have waived their registration qualification. Note: The organizing committee has the right to arrange different zoning positions according to the actual carrying capacity of the departure assembly area after the horse and horse elite runners have successfully registered.
The requirements for applying for elite and through-train runners are as follows:
Run past a horse:
Top 200 runners of Shanghai International Women's Half Marathon.
Top 600 men and top 300 women in Shanghai International Half Marathon.
Elite athletes on horseback:
Participants who have reached the performance requirements of outstanding athletes of all ages in the Implementation Measures of Grade Evaluation of Mass Athletes in Marathon and Related Sports of China Athletics Association in the whole Shanghai International Marathon.
(VI) In order to help the disadvantaged groups to build a good sports environment, let more people establish the concept of national fitness and promote the development of mass sports, the Organizing Committee was entrusted by the Shanghai Sports Development Foundation to set up a charity quota for the Shanghai International Marathon, and all charitable donations will be injected into the special fund of Shangma under the Shanghai Sports Development Foundation, thus mobilizing all sectors of society to raise funds, advocating sports spirit, helping the socially disadvantaged groups to keep fit and promoting the development of mass sports and other public welfare undertakings.

(seven) the way to apply for withdrawal from the competition
Successful applicants who are unable to participate in the competition for personal reasons may apply for withdrawal. The applicant applied during June 10: 00 to June 18+07: 00, and returned 100% of the registration fee. The registration fee will be returned to the account paid by the players at the time of registration within seven working days after the end of the competition, and no application for withdrawal is allowed after 65438+1October 65438+July.
2. All the players who apply for retiring from the competition are irrevocable once they apply, and may not obtain the places in this competition by any other means.
