3. The inspectors evaluate the rectification of hidden dangers according to the acceptance criteria, and agree to the closed loop of hidden dangers if the assessment is qualified, and rectify again if the assessment is unqualified.
4, quarterly and annual statistical analysis of enterprise hidden trouble investigation and management. The analysis can start from the following aspects: for example, we can analyze the proportion of different types of hidden dangers, and we can also make a comparative analysis according to different periods, such as different months and quarters.
In addition, it is suggested to pay attention to two aspects: first, whether the same type of hidden dangers occur repeatedly requires in-depth analysis of the reasons, whether there are institutional defects and the effectiveness of previous governance measures, so as to continuously improve.
Second, whether the number of hidden dangers found in the same area continues to increase, and the areas that continue to increase should focus on analyzing the implementation of safety responsibilities of relevant managers in this area or other reasons.
