Health cards include social security cards. At present, the resident health card does not belong to the scope of social security, but it is related to social security. Resident health card is a basic carrier of personal information based on electronic health records, electronic medical records and three-level information platform, which is put forward by the national health informatization "352 1 Project" framework. It is a computer-readable CPU card that must be relied on to realize cross-system, inter-agency and cross-regional interconnection and information sharing of medical and health services. The resident health card will integrate the social security card, the new rural cooperative medical system card and the medical institution card to record all the medical information of a person from birth to death.
