Why doesn't fit365 update the steps?

1. Please confirm whether the step counting switch of other mobile phones is turned on.

2. please confirm the settings in privacy and safety > whether sports health is turned off when starting automatically? If it is turned off, sports health will not be started after restarting the mobile phone, and normal step counting can only be carried out after opening the sports health app, so it is recommended to set this switch to ON.

3. If all the above switches are set normally, and it is found that the pedometer steps are 0 and do not increase, please manually enter the Sports Health app to return to normal once, and subsequent versions will optimize this problem.
