Then apply to the Chinese Embassy in Canada for a green health code with the logo of "HS" or "HDC" according to the territorial division.
Just as China citizens move around the country, we now need to apply for health codes when going to different regions. So now you need such a health certificate after entering the country from abroad. Then this application needs to pay attention to these aspects.
1. Self-added departure
Whether it's a direct flight from Canada to China or a transit from Canada. Passengers are required to complete the sampling and testing of nucleic acid and serum antibody at a testing institution recognized by Health Canada two days before boarding the plane. Please note at this time: if the certificate is electronic, please print it out and take it with you, because this information will be strictly checked and kept by the airline.
2. How to apply for a health code
After obtaining the relevant certificates, Canadian citizens can obtain the green health code through the "International Epidemic Prevention Health Code" WeChat applet, fill in the relevant information, and get the green health code after being approved by embassies and consulates in China, Canada.
3. One last important reminder
Remind the testing partners to go to institutions with testing qualifications to avoid the consequences of delaying the trip if the certificate is invalid. If the test results are forged, you need to bear corresponding legal responsibilities. Before entering China, all passengers need to fill in the health declaration form through the "China Customs Health Declaration" applet.
Starting from February 65438+February 1 day, 2020, Chinese and foreign passengers flying from Japan to China must apply for "HS" or "HS" from the China Embassy and Consulate in Japan with negative certificates of COVID-19 nucleic acid test and serum specific IgM antibody (hereinafter referred to as serum IgM antibody) within two days before boarding the plane. The previous practice of boarding a plane with paper documents is no longer applicable. The specific requirements are hereby notified as follows:
I. Test requirements
Please complete the sampling and testing of nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody at the designated double-test institution in embassies and consulates in China (see annex for the list) within 2 days before boarding the plane, and obtain the paper double-negative result certificate in the format specified by the embassy or consulate.
Please note that the test time is based on the sampling date. If it is 65438+February 1 test sampling, the flight time should be no later than 65438+February 3 (all day). Conversely, if the flight time is 65438+February 3rd, the earliest sampling time is 65438+February 1 (all day).
Second, the application method of health code
(1) Passengers of China nationality
After obtaining the double negative certificate, China citizens should immediately select the corresponding double testing institution through the WeChat applet or web version of the International Edition of Epidemic Prevention Health Code, declare their personal situation and upload the double negative certificate. After being audited by embassies and consulates in China, the relevant parties can obtain the green health code with "HS" logo.

(2) Passengers of foreign nationality
After obtaining the double negative certificate, foreign travelers should immediately visit the website/H5 with their mobile phones and/or scan the QR code below, register and log in, then choose the corresponding double negative testing institution, declare their personal situation and upload the double negative certificate. After being audited by embassies and consulates in China, the parties concerned can obtain the green health code with the logo of "HDC".
Third, special reminder
(1) The PCR Center of Narita Airport can conduct double detection of COVID-19 nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody for Japanese travelers from 65438+February 1. Passengers going to China should not go to the center for inspection before 65438+February 1 to avoid delaying their flights. Please make an appointment at the center in official website or by telephone more than 2 days in advance, and remind the center to issue a double negative certificate in the format specified by the embassy or consulate.
(2) In order to reduce the risk of travel infection, embassies and consulates in Japan will no longer issue health codes to passengers departing from Japan and transiting through third countries (regions) in China. Please choose a direct flight to China.
(3) Because Japanese airports do not provide COVID-19 nucleic acid and serum antibody tests for transit passengers, it is recommended that passengers do not come to Japan for transit. The consequences of detention and repatriation caused by connecting flights are borne by individuals.
(4) The embassies and consulates in Japan remind passengers to truthfully declare their personal information and provide true and effective nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody test reports. If it is found that the patient intentionally conceals the illness, alters or forges the test report, the legal responsibility of the relevant personnel will be seriously investigated according to law. Pay attention to home isolation after testing, and take good protection when going to and from testing institutions, going to the airport and returning home to avoid infection after testing.
(5) As it will take some time for the embassy or consulate to review the health code, in order to ensure the smooth flight of passengers, please try to upload the double negative certificate before 20: 00 the night before the flight takes off. Passengers on flights before 65438+February 1 are requested to board the plane with the original and photocopy of the double negative certificate, and there is no need to apply for a health code, so as not to interfere with the audit work of the embassy or consulate.
(6) Passengers are advised to carry the original paper double negative certificate with them for future reference.
Singapore entered China. In order to realize the full electronization of inspection documents, starting from Tuesday, 65438+February 2nd, 1 The practice of passengers going directly to China for boarding with unified inspection documents will be cancelled. To this end, Singapore travelers to China can no longer board the plane directly with the unified format of the examination certificate. Passengers from China (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) must apply to the embassy for a green health code with "HS" logo, and foreign passengers must apply to the embassy for a green QR code of health statement with "HDC" logo before boarding the plane. Secondly, in order to improve the accuracy of detection, IgM detection needs to take venous blood collection (vein
Blood) mode (fingertip blood collection mode is not allowed). Therefore, for passengers who take the flight on or after February 5, 65438, they must submit the IgM antibody negative test certificate indicating the method of venous blood collection before they can apply for the green QR code (see the attachment for proof samples, and the non-uniform format certificate issued by the laboratory should also be indicated). Please confirm the relevant information when you make an appointment for the test and get the test certificate, so as to avoid affecting the trip because the test certificate does not indicate the sampling method of venous blood.
Passengers going to China are requested to strictly abide by the relevant requirements. In addition, the Embassy specially reminded that in order to reduce the risk of transit infection, passengers going to China should choose direct flights to avoid transit through China.
Apart from Japan and Singapore, many European and American countries have the same policy when they come to China. They need to go to Canada, France and Denmark with HS code or HDC code, and they all need to provide double negative paper certificates.
