Ingredients: chicken wings, rice
Accessories: ginger, pepper, salt, soy sauce, peanut oil, oyster sauce, cooking wine, tender meat powder.
Exercise:
Wash the raw materials for later use. Cut chicken wings into small pieces, and cut ginger into pieces and put them in a plate;
Add shredded ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, tender meat powder, pepper, oyster sauce and peanut oil, mix well and marinate 10 minute;
Wash the rice and pour it into the rice cooker, with the same amount of water as usual cooking;
Spread the marinated chicken on the rice flour, cover the pot and press the cooking button;
When the rice is cooked, open it and mix well, and the delicious chicken rice will be ready! If you like spicy food, you can add some Chili sauce. )
2. Tomato and ham rice
Ingredients: tomatoes, peas, ham, carrots (or not)
Accessories: corn (optional), peanut oil, salt, pepper, rice and coriander.
Exercise:
Wash the rice with clear water, add less water than usual, add a washed tomato, a little peas, diced ham, diced carrots, corn, a few drops of peanut oil, and sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Cover the pot and cook. You can peel the tomato first, then stir it, and finally add some coriander (you don't need to add it if you don't like it), and you can eat it. It's simple.
3. pumpkin rice
Ingredients: rice, pumpkin, pork belly and sausage.
Accessories: onion, peanut oil and garlic
Exercise:
Wash the rice first, then put the pumpkin slices on it, add some oil and keep the water level flush with the pumpkin.
When cooking rice, cut the meat, sausage and onion into small pieces;
Put oil in a hot pan, add minced garlic, diced meat and sausage and stir-fry until oil comes out, and add a little salt;
Stir-fry and pour all into the rice cooker. Mix the pumpkin with the rice with a shovel and turn it golden yellow. It would be perfect if you had some side dishes at dinner!
4. Mushroom pork rice
Ingredients: rice, mushrooms, carrots, minced meat and corn kernels.
Accessories: soy sauce, a little salt, sesame oil and peanut oil.
Exercise:
Put rice, wash rice, and put water into the rice cooker.
Chop mushrooms and onions, dice carrots and stir-fry chopped green onion in a hot pot. After the chopped green onion is fragrant, add the meat foam and stir-fry until the meat foam changes color. Add carrots and stir fry.
Add other ingredients, salt and soy sauce. Add sesame oil and stir well.
Pour the fried vegetables into the rice. Spread the vegetables evenly and control the distance between the rice and the pot for 5-8 minutes.
After cooking, mix well.
Note: If you want to keep it simple, you can omit the frying part. When the rice is steamed halfway, the main ingredients and auxiliary materials will be put down and steamed together, but they are not as delicious as the ones above.
