The Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO) is the spokesperson of registered nurses in Ontario, Canada. Its mission is to provide nursing, health and high-quality health care. Its mission is to implement a healthy public health policy and promote the full participation of registered nurses in the formation and provision of current and future medical services.
BPSO is a best practice organization under the Association of Registered Nurses in Ontario, and it is the authoritative evidence-based nursing guidance organization in the world. Founded in 1999, there are now more than 700 sub-stations in the world, which are mainly devoted to the formulation, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of evidence-based nursing guidance. This organization is of great significance in promoting the practice of evidence-based nursing in China.
The Association of Registered Nurses in Ontario (RNAO) conducted an online remote evaluation of the Best Practice Focus Organization (BPSO) in Peking University Hospital for three years.
The jury consists of Professor Heather McConnell, Director of RNAO Center for Best Practices in International Affairs, Toronto Health Promotion Commissioner, Professor May Tao, BPSO Coordinator, and heads of various departments of the Association. Introduce the ideas and methods of RNAO evidence-based nursing guidelines into the field of TCM nursing, and formulate TCM evidence-based nursing standards or guidelines.
The role of rnao-bpso:
It greatly broadens nurses' international vision, improves their ability of foreign communication, further helps nurses to provide high-quality, efficient and scientific nursing professional services for patients with the best evidence-based evidence, and also plays a positive role in promoting the development of evidence-based nursing in Gansu Province.
It is emphasized that we must constantly explore and innovate, accurately grasp the implementation standards of the guidelines and do a good job of localization of the guidelines in order to optimize the clinical workflow and improve the quality of nursing work and patient satisfaction.
