What does the sixth grade of mammary gland hyperplasia represent?

Breast hyperplasia is divided into 6 grades, and the results of breast color Doppler ultrasound will classify the nodules according to BI-RADS ("Breast Image Reporting and Data System" recommended by American Radiological Society).

BI-RADS 1 grade: negative results, no abnormal lesions were found.

Bi-RADS grade 22: benign lesions, basically excluding malignant lesions, such as unilateral cyst, lymph nodes in breast, breast implant, fibroadenoma with stable postoperative changes and unchanged continuous ultrasound examination. , and can be reviewed regularly.

Bi-RADS grade 33: It may be a benign lesion, and the malignant rate is generally less than 2%. Short-term follow-up (usually 3-6 months) is recommended.

Bi-RADS grade 44: suspected malignant lesions, with a malignant possibility of 3% ~ 94%. Biopsy is recommended, such as hollow needle biopsy (CNB), vacuum-assisted minimally invasive biopsy (VAB) or surgical biopsy. This level can be further divided into 4A, 4B and 4C3 categories.

4A: Biopsy is needed, but the possibility of malignant tumor is very low (< 10%). If the benign results of biopsy are credible, they can be followed up for half a year.

4B: Tending to be malignant. The malignant probability is 10% ~ 50%.

4C: It is further suspected to be malignant with a probability of 50% ~ 94%.

BI-RADS5 grade: it is extremely likely to be malignant, and the possibility of malignancy is ≥95%. Active diagnosis and treatment should be taken.

Bi-RADS grade 66: pathological changes diagnosed by biopsy but not treated should be actively treated.

Once breast hyperplasia is found, it needs to be paid attention to so as not to aggravate or even cause malignant transformation. It is generally recommended to take Siyan Rulvtong orally twice a day for a period of time to regulate endocrine and achieve the goal of radical cure of breast diseases.
