6. Don't turn off the range hood immediately after frying. The function of range hood is to remove the oil fume generated during cooking. After cooking, the lampblack is not completely discharged. We can continue to run the range hood for about 5 minutes after frying the vegetables to ensure that the harmful gases in the room are completely discharged.
