Lonicera edulis, an improved variety of Lonicera edulis, is a deciduous shrub of Lonicera in Caprifoliaceae. It is rich in 18 kinds of amino acids and trace elements, especially anthocyanins, and has high nutritional value and medical care function. It is listed as a healthy food by FAO and is called "the third generation king of small berries".
