3. Quarantine for 14 days for those who come to Weifang and return to Weifang from the middle-high risk area of the epidemic, and those who have been to or passed through the middle-high risk area within 14 days, and conduct nucleic acid detection and serum antibody detection according to regulations.
4. People who travel to and from Weifang in low-risk areas of prefecture-level cities with medium and high-risk epidemic areas must have a valid negative result of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 7 days.
Two, non-key areas of personnel epidemic prevention and control measures
5. Employees who import cold-chain food from outside the province, employees who are in direct contact with imported goods at ports, employees in isolated places, and employees who come to Weifang and return to Weifang must have a valid negative result of COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 7 days.
6. Those who return to the rural areas of our city from outside the province, those who import cold-chain food from inside and outside the province, those who directly contact with imported goods at the port, those who work in isolated places, and those who return to the rural areas of our city by means of transportation must have a negative result of effective COVID-19 nucleic acid test within 7 days, conduct family health monitoring for 14 days after returning home, and conduct a nucleic acid test every 7 days.
7. Other personnel travel with the health pass code "green code" and flow in an orderly manner under the premise of normal body temperature and personal protection.

8. Migrants returning from Weifang must report to the destination village and community in advance through the "Independent Reporting System for Epidemic Prevention and Control of Returned Persons in Shandong Province".
9. If the risk level of epidemic situation in the outflow area rises or there is a high risk of epidemic spread within/0/4 days after the arrival of migrant workers in Weifang, relevant prevention and control measures shall be implemented according to the requirements of prevention and control in key areas.
10. The scope of rural areas mainly includes outer suburbs, urban-rural fringe, urban villages, etc. Outside the county seat and the urban built-up area. The specific scope of rural areas in the central city is delineated by each district.
