Medium-risk personnel: people living with home observers at present, people with abnormal health (people with fever, fatigue, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhea and other symptoms). People who are on the same flight, bus or train as those who are diagnosed or asymptomatic are at risk of staying in the same car. According to the requirements of the provincial epidemic prevention and control headquarters, the medium-risk personnel and other personnel who need to be included in the management of medium-risk personnel are determined. 3. Low-risk personnel: personnel other than high-risk and medium-risk personnel.
