Can hepatitis B virus carriers apply for health certificates? Where to do it?

Health certificates are generally handled at the local centers for disease control and prevention (district, county and municipal).

If you only carry hepatitis B and other items are normal, that's fine.

At present, the state has stipulated that hepatitis B carriers are allowed to apply for health certificates, and there are no more hepatitis B-related items in the physical examination related to health certificates. As long as your other inspection items are normal, you can successfully apply for a health certificate.

The only uncertainty is ALT. If hepatitis B virus seriously damages liver cells, it can lead to a significant increase in ALT. However, most centers for disease control and prevention do not attach importance to ALT, even if it is too high, because health certificates are mainly aimed at infectious diseases that cannot be stipulated, and there is actually no one-to-one relationship between ALT and infectious diseases. However, a few CDC have strict requirements. If it is too high, it is not allowed to be processed and needs to be reviewed.
