Pay attention to WeChat "Yuanbao Health", click to enter "Yuanbao WeChat Official Account", click on the menu bar to enter "My Policy", then click on "Customer Service", select the question "How to handle the surrender", select the reason for surrender, and click "Apply for surrender and terminate the guarantee" to handle the surrender procedure online.
3. Apply through official website or APP. Log in to Yuanbao official website or download and open Yuanbao APP, find the insurance products that need to be surrendered in "My Insurance" or "My Policy", click the "Surrender" button, and fill in the relevant information and application reasons. After submission, Yuanbao customer service will process the surrender application.
