Year-end rating: S, A, what do you mean?

The performance sab represents the following levels:

The actual performance of S (Excellent) has significantly exceeded the expected goal, and outstanding achievements have been made in all aspects involved in job responsibilities.

A (Excellent) The actual performance has completely reached or exceeded the expected target, and outstanding achievements have been made in the main aspects involved in the job responsibilities.

B (Qualified) The actual performance has basically reached the expected goal, with no outstanding performance and no obvious mistakes.
